The GOOD Party welcomes the serious and transparent manner in which the Section 89 inquiry panel report was handed over to Parliament this morning.
This report into the Phala Phala matter is expected to be made available to all parties in the National Assembly this evening for consideration.
As GOOD, we will study the full report once available and commit to soberly and seriously engage with the content and findings.
This will further guide us in our response to the report and determine our position on the matter for the Parliamentary debate on the 6th of December 2022.
South Africans deserve clarity on this serious matter involving the President of the country.
We, as GOOD, will always stand with the rule of law and the values enshrined in our Constitution.
