GOOD Saldanha Bay Councillor and Mayoral Committee Member (MMC) for Infrastructure and Planning Services at Saldanha Bay Municipality, Ricardo Winston van der Merwe, has officially handed over 43 new homes to beneficiaries in the Louwville 155 Housing Project, Ward 13.
“It fills my heart with immense joy to see our people step into safe, permanent homes. A home is the foundation of family dignity and security. This milestone proves what sustainable, accountable governance can deliver for working-class communities,” said van der Merwe.43 families now have secure, quality brick-and-mortar homes in Louwville.
Upcoming Phase 4: An additional 26 houses are currently in progress and will be handed over to approved beneficiaries soon.
